Description Metal meat fork made from two pieces of twisted metal. Has three prongs with pointed tips.
Provenance According to a handwritten note from Mrs. Albert Tisdale located in the 1969.01 accession file, this meat fork belonged to Athol Estes Porter. "She gave it to Clemmie Scott Sauders [...] when she lived next door [...] Clemmie kept it and later gave it to her daughter Marie M. Saunders. Marie S. died on Feb. 23, 1969. She was survived by a cousin, Dr. Albert A. Tisdale, whose mother was a Saunders. Dr. Saunders is the executor of Miss Saunders' estate. Marie had said it would be agreeable with her, to give the fork to the O. Henry Museum, if the Museum wants it."
